Kate Davies
Kate is a Senior Associate in WilmerHale's International Arbitration Practice Group. Her practice includes representation in both private and public international law disputes cited in both common and civil law jurisdictions under all of the major arbitration rules. Her private international law work covers arbitrations in a wide range of industries (energy, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, insurance), while her public international law work includes representation in investment treaty and boundary disputes.

Amir Ghaffari
Amir is qualified as an English Solicitor-Advocate and is an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, in Paris. Amir has acted as counsel in international commercial arbitrations administered under several international arbitral institutions (including the LCIA, ICC, AAA, DIAC and NAI), as well as in ad hoc proceedings. He has also represented governments, international corporations and private clients in cross-border disputes, criminal investigations and in complex litigation. His clients range across sectors as diverse as investment banking, aviation, oil and gas, engineering, telecommunications and aerospace and defence. Amir served as a Judicial Assistant to The Rt Hon The Lord Woolf, the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, in the English Court of Appeal in 2002. Amir is fluent in English and Farsi.

Andy Moody
Andy is an English solicitor with dual American and British nationality. He is a Senior Associate in the international arbitration group at Eversheds LLP and has been involved in a large number of international disputes including both investment treaty and commercial arbitrations. His experience includes both ad hoc and administered international arbitrations, ones governed by various procedural and substantive laws, and he has advised on arbitrations subject to the LCIA, ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL rules.

Marie Stoyanov
Marie is an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Marie represents clients in commercial and treaty investment arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. She has advised clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas and telecommunications. Marie speaks French, English and German.
