The Launch of LCIA India
On 18 April 2009, the first independent overseas office of the LCIA was launched, in New Delhi, in the presence of the then Union Minister for Law and Justice, Dr H R Bhardwaj; the Chief Justice of India, Shri K G Balakrishnan; and Sir Richard Stagg, British High Commissioner in India.

The LCIA is delighted to be among the international arbitration institutions supporting Maxwell Chambers, the new state-of-the-art dispute resolution complex in Singapore, which, in addition to providing the regional offices of a number of arbitral institutions, provides first class support facilities for parties, counsel, arbitrators and mediators involved in arbitration and other ADR proceedings.
